LEVI'S® RETAIL EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Levi's® Stores
1. We will be happy to exchange or refund any product (except underwear) purchased from a Levi's® Store provided that –
a) the product is in a "as new" saleable condition as determined by us in our sole discretion;
b) you return the product to a Levi's® Store within 21 days after the date that you purchased the product; and
c) you are in possession of a valid proof of purchase.

2. Product that has been altered, damaged due to negligence or normal wear and tear is not qualified for exchange or refund.

3. For hygienic reasons, we will not be able exchange or refund underwear for any reason whatsoever.

4. We will be happy to exchange any products based on genuine quality complaints provided that:
a) the product has not been altered and that the complaint is not due to negligence or normal wear and tear. The determining of the validity of quality complaints remains at the sole discretion of Levi Strauss South Africa.
b) You return the product within 6 months after the date of purchase; and
c) You are in possession of a valid proof of purchase

Levi’s® Factory Outlets
1. We will be happy to exchange any product (except underwear) purchased from a Levi's® Factory Outlet provided that –
a) the product is in a "as new" saleable condition as determined by us in our sole discretion;
b) you return the product to a Levi's® Factory Outlet within 7 days after the date that you purchased the product; and
c) you are in possession of a valid proof of purchase.

2. For hygienic reasons, we will not be able exchange or refund underwear for any reason whatsoever.
